Wide Wavelength & Power Range: Covers a wavelength range of 800 nm to 1700 nm and a power measurement range from +10 dBm to -110 dBm. Low Polarization Dependence & High Linearity: Features low polarization dependence of <±0.005 dB and high linearity (CW +10 dBm to -70 dBm) of <±0.015 dB ±2 pW, making it specially designed for spectral ripple and low PDL measurements of optical components. Modular & Flexible Design: The module fits into all Agilent 816x Lightwave mainframes (e.g., 8163A, 8164A, 8166A) and can be used singly or in multiples for parallel measurements of multichannel devices. Versatile Measurement Applications: Capable of running multiple measurement applications such as data logging, stability testing, and recording minimum and maximum values over time. High-Speed Data Logging: Can log up to 20,000 samples with an averaging time as low as 100 µs.
